CITY COMMISSION OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission at 6:00 p.m., on May 22, 2012, in the
City Commission meeting room, located at City Hall at 100 West Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania
Beach, Florida 33004. The meeting will then be temporarily adjourned and an Attorney/Client
session, which is not a meeting open to the public, pursuant to state law (Florida Statute, Section
286.011 (8)) will be held in the City Manager’s Conference Room on the second floor of City
Hall, located at 100 West Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, Florida. The subject matter of
the meeting shall be settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures in the
litigation styled:

Pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.011(8), there will be an attorney/client session beginning at 6:00
p.m., on May 22, 2012, attended by Mayor Patricia Flury; Vice-Mayor C.K. McElyea;
Commissioner Anne Castro, Commissioner Walter Duke, Commissioner Bobbie H. Grace, City
Manager Robert Baldwin, City Attorney Tom Ansbro, and Special Counsel, Neal McAliley and
Angela Benjamin.
The Special Meeting of the City Commission will be recessed for this session. These officials
shall meet in private for approximately one (1) hour. At the conclusion of the attorney/client
session, the Special City Commission meeting will be reconvened.
