and authorized at such meelings with applopriate prelininary

NOW, TIIEREFOET, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COT,{MISSION OF THE
CITY OP DANI}., FIOAIDA:
Section l. that attached hereto and made a part hereof (on
green paper) are three sheets shouing the descr.ipiions, ownclships
anal assessn;nts r.rde and prepaleal for the aforesaial inplovenents,
Section 2. that the assessnents as nade and piepared for
the iltprovements hereinafte! described, alrd as set fotth and con-
tained i,n the assess$ert Lis! therefor, and as entered in the
nAssess ent Book for Ipcal lrnprovefients" (appearing on the three
green sheets attached hereto), be and the sade are heleby approved
and coDfirmed, said improvenents being more palticularly shorrn oh
said sheets attacheil hereto.
Section 3. fhat the property assessed, as shown by the
assessnett Iist for the above descrj-bed inprovenents, is benefited
by saj.d i.EprovenEnts in the atrEunt equal to the arnount assessed
