2.2 Approval of Minutes of August 2, 2017 2.3 Ratification of payment to Iron Mountain Storage for Invoice #NYP4729 & Invoice #PBH2906 totaling $222.93 for records storage for July & August 2017. 2.4 Ratification of payment to Iron Mountain for Invoice #PDH3743 in the amount of $110.43 for
records storage for September 2017.
2.5 Ratification of payment to Iron Mountain Storage for Invoice #PGD9115 in the amount of $109.34 for records storage for October 2017. 2.6 Ratification of payment of LAN Infotech for Invoice #26981& Invoice #27273 totaling $814.00 for monthly cloud server.
2.7 Ratification of payment to Nanci Denny in the amount of $177.17 for office supplies and
postage. 2.8 Approval of invoice # 433423 from Gabriel, Roeder & Smith in the amount of $4,853.00 for services rendered through 9/30/2017. 2.9 Approval of start-up fees to be paid to GRS for online reporting to Division of Retirement.
2.10 Approval of meeting schedule for 2018.

need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based
