1. Interview with Investment Manager Blackrock Global L/S Credit Fund and approval to hire
2. Interview with Investment Manager Blackstone Alternative Multi-Strategy Fund and approval to hire
3. Approval of updated Summary Plan Description
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter
considered at the above meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he may
need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
