2.1 Approval of Minutes of November 7, 2018.
2.2 Approval of Minutes of November 29, 2018.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for November 2018 Invoice #43314 in the amount of
$407, December 2018 Invoice #43630 in the amount of $407 and January 2019 Invoice #43948
in the amount of $407 for monthly cloud server.
2.4 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for November 2018, December 2018 and January 2019.
2.5 Ratification of payment in the amount of $44.64 to Nanci Denny for reimbursement of office
supplies and postage.
2.6 Approval of January 2019 Invoice #443896 from GRS in the amount of $2,583 for actuarial
services.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Renewal of Fiduciary insurance through Markel American Insurance Company in the amount of
$5,970.
3.2 Graystone Consulting Quarterly Performance Report

4.1 Update on letter to City with regard to their annual pension contribution to the Plan.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter
considered at the above meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he may
need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
