CONSENT AGENDA 2.1 Approval of Minutes of February 6, 2019. 2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for February 2019 Invoice #44252 in the amount of $407, March 2019 Invoice #44551 in the amount of $407 and April 2019 Invoice # in the amount of $407 for monthly cloud server. 2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800 per month for February 2019, March 2019 and April 2019. 2.4 Approval of Invoice #445985 dated 4/2/19 from Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co. in the amount of $8,642.00 3. NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Presentation of actuarial valuation for fiscal year ending 9/30/2018 as well as GASB 67 GASB 68 disclosure information. 3.2 Graystone Consulting Quarterly Performance Report 4. OLD BUSINESS 4.1 Update on letter to City with regard to their annual pension contribution to the plan. 5. CORRESPONDENCE 6. RETIREMENT & WITHDRAWAL APPLICATIONS 6.1 Approval of DROP application for Hakeem Ismail to become effective 6/1/2019. 6.2 Approval of DROP withdrawal of $237,904.49 for Floyd Kenon whose employment ended with the City on 2/1/19. 6.3 Ratification of DROP withdrawal of $412,248.35 for Peter Fournier whose employment ended with the City on 4/5/2019. 7.
