2.1 Approval of Minutes of May 1, 2019
2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for May 2019 Invoice #45161 in the amount of $707
which includes annual maintenance, June 2019 Invoice #45549 in the amount of $407 and July
2019 Invoice #45892 in the amount of $407 for monthly cloud server.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for May 2019, June 2019 and July 2019.
2.4 Approval of Invoice #447206 dated 6/11/19 from Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co. in the amount of
$6,166.00 and Invoice #447734 dated 7/2/19 in the amount of $5,141.00 for a total of
$11,307.00.
2.5 Approval of reimbursement to Nanci Denny for postage and office supplies in the amount of
$63.40.
2.6 Ratification of Trustee election results wherein Corinne Lajoie received the majority vote.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Appointment of Chairman to the Board of Trustees.
3.2 Presentation of actuarial valuation for fiscal year ending 9/30/2018.
3.3 Graystone Consulting Quarterly Performance Report

4.1 Update on letter to City with regard to their annual pension contribution to the plan.

6.1 Ratification of DROP application for Benet Joseph which became effective 6/1/2019.
6.2 Approval of Retirement application for Curtis Slade to become effective 9/1/2019.
6.3 Approval of DROP application for Louis Brown to become effective 9/1/2019.
