2.1 Approval of Minutes of August 14, 2019.
2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for August 2019 Invoice #45639 in the amount of $407,
September 2019 Invoice #45936 in the amount of $407 and October 2019 Invoice #46212 in the
amount of $407, for monthly cloud server.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for August 2019, September 2019 and October 2019.
2.4 Approval of meeting schedule for 2020.
2.5 Approval of invoice #449766 from GRS for services rendered through 9/30/19 in the amount of
$4,511.
2.6 Approval of reimbursement to Administrator Nanci Denny in the amount of $131.27 for office
supplies.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Renewal of Cyber Security insurance through Axis Insurance Company for the amount of
$1,504.
3.2 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.
3.3 Ratification of Chairman action on MVware 220 request.
4. OLD BUSINESS
4.1 Update on letter to City with regard to their annual pension contribution to the plan.

6.1 Ratification of Retirement application for Nicki Satterfield which became effective 10/1/2019.
6.2 Approval of DROP application for Jose Salgado which became effective 10/1/2019.
6.3 Ratification of Retirement application for Joseph Husosky which became effective 10/1/2019.
