2.1 Approval of Minutes of November 20, 2019.
2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for November 2019 Invoice # in the amount of $407,
December 2019 Invoice # in the amount of $407 and January 2020 Invoice # in the amount of
$407, for monthly cloud server.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for November 2019, December 2019 and January 2020.
2.5 Approval of invoice #450842 from GRS for services rendered through 10/31/19 in the amount of
$2,299 and invoice #452547 in the amount of $3,504 for services rendered through 12/31/19.
2.6 Approval of reimbursement to Administrator Nanci Denny in the amount of $37.44 for office
supplies.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.
3.2 Renewal of Fiduciary Insurance through Markel American Insurance Company for the amount
of $6,124.
4. OLD BUSINESS
4.1 Update on letter to City with regard to their annual pension contribution to the plan.
4.2 Update on VMWare investigation by Grant & Eisenhofer, PA.
