VIRTUAL MEETING AND PUBLIC COMMENTS PROCEDURE
The City of Dania Beach City General Employees Retirement System will be conducting a
“Virtual” meeting utilizing communications media technology (“CMT”), in accordance with
Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order No. 20-69, dated March 20, 2020, related to
conducting local government public meetings while under the public health emergency related
to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). City Hall building is closed to the
public.
Public access to this virtual meeting can be accomplished as follows:
Join the Meeting virtually or by telephone using RingCentral Meetings
Participating in a public meeting using the video conference platform:
Virtual attendance: download and install RingCentral Meetings and join using the webinar
ID; to be recognized during public comment, click “Raise my hand” in the software
Telephone attendee: dial webinar phone number and enter webinar ID; to be recognized
during public comment, dial *9 to raise your hand

2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for February 2020 Invoice #47366 in the amount of
$407, March 2019 Invoice #47609 in the amount of $407 and April 2020 Invoice #47931 in the
amount of $407, for monthly cloud server.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for February 2020, March 2020 and April 2020.
2.4 Approval of invoice #453014 from GRS for services rendered through 1/31/2020 in the amount
of $5,132.
2.5 Ratification of payment to FPPTA in the amount of $600 for annual membership.

3.1 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.
3.2 Presentation of Actuarial Report by Gabriel, Roeder & Smith.
3.3 Discussion regarding Special Report on Secure Act and Annual Limits under the Internal
