VIRTUAL MEETING AND PUBLIC COMMENTS PROCEDURE
The City of Dania Beach City General Employees Retirement System will be conducting a “Virtual” meeting utilizing
communications media technology (“CMT”), in accordance with Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order No. 20-
69, dated March 20, 2020, related to conducting local government public meetings while under the public health
emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). City Hall building is closed to the
public.
Public access to this virtual meeting can be accomplished as follows:
Join the Meeting virtually or by telephone using RingCentral Meetings
Participating in a public meeting using the video conference platform:
Virtual attendance: download and install RingCentral Meetings and join using the webinar ID; to be
recognized during public comment, click “Raise my hand” in the software
Telephone attendee: dial webinar phone number and enter webinar ID; to be recognized during public
comment, dial *9 to raise your hand

2.1 Approval of Minutes of May 6, 2020.
2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for May 2020 Invoice #48223 in the amount of $707,
June 2020 Invoice #48456 in the amount of $407 and July 2020 Invoice #48763 in the amount
of $407, for monthly cloud server and annual maintenance.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for May 2020, June 2020 and July 2020.
2.4 Approval of invoice #455041 from GRS for services rendered through 4/30/2020 in the amount
of $4,378.
2.5 Reimbursement to Administrator Nanci Denny in the amount of $56.89 for office supplies.

3.1 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.
3.2 Performance update from Investment Manager Connors.
3.3 Review and consideration of proposed amendment to Retirement Plan.

6.1 Ratification of Retirement application for Jose Urtecho which became effective 6/1/2019.
