The City of Dania Beach City General Employees Retirement System will be conducting a “Virtual” meeting utilizing
communications media technology (“CMT”), in accordance with Ordinance No. 2020-017 adopted by the Dania
Beach City Commission on October 27, 2020, related to conducting local government public meetings while under
the public health emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). City Hall
building is closed to the public.

2.1 Approval of Minutes of February 3, 2021. 2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for February 2021 Invoice #50610 in the amount of $407, March 2021 Invoice #50894 in the amount of $407 and April 2021 Invoice #51191 in the amount of $407, for monthly cloud server and annual maintenance.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for February 2021, March 2021 and April 2021. 2.4 Approval of Invoice #460919 from GRS in the amount of $5,611 for services rendered through February 28, 2021.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Presentation of Actuarial Valuation for FY 2019-2020. 3.2 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting and revisit search for Manager to replace Fuller & Thaler.
