II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board from the October 21,
2015 meeting.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. TX-108-15: The applicant, Corporate Property Services, Inc. on behalf of the
property owner Griffin Road Three, LLC, is requesting an amendment to the
Schedule of Permitted Uses for industrial zoning districts, in the Land
Development Code.
2. OT-111-15: The applicant, Clovermint Café & Market, on behalf of the property
owner, Griffin Investment Realty, LLC, is requesting a waiver for the distance
separation requirements for the sale of alcohol for a property located at 3433
Griffin Road.
3. TX-117-15: The applicant, City of Dania Beach, is requesting several zoning text
amendments to the City’s Unified Land Development Code, known as OneCode.

Randy Wright’s absence was excused by the board unanimously.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion was made by Bill Harris to approve the September 16, 2015 minutes of the Planning &
Zoning Board, and was seconded by Derrick Hankerson. Motion was approved 5-0.

III. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. VC-87-15: The applicant, Calvin, Giordano and Associates, Inc. on behalf of the
property owner, Dania Entertainment Center, LLC., is requesting vacation of
right-of-ways and easement for property located at 301 East Dania Beach
Boulevard.
Planning and Zoning Manager, Corinne LaJoie gave a review of the project and recommends
approval.
Hoyt Holden, representing the applicant, made a presentation.
R. Standish, neighboring resident asked for clarification.
