COMMUNITY WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2024 – 5:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Roll Call
Executive Director Chen called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m. Present:
Executive Director: K. Michael Chen
CRA Secretary: Erin McClendon, MMC 2. Discussion
2.1 Downtown Streetscape Visioning Plan - CRA Executive Director Executive Director Chen introduced the item.
Mr. Gianno Feoli of Calvin Giordano and Associates provided a PowerPoint presentation for the
visioning plan for Downtown. He touched on the following topics throughout his presentation: - Public art and how critical it is - Streetscapes and how they can be approached
- Existing conditions and opportunities they see in the district
- Preliminary design approach - Community comments Mr. Feoli and Executive Director Chen responded to questions and comments from the public.
10. Adjournment Executive Director Chen adjourned the meeting at 6:23 p.m.
