General Minutes approved unanimous Luis and Rich accepted reinstated as members CAC Three ad hoc openings in January City Clerk will be checked by Kisha for corrected members, associations city organizations. Need to check charter We need people that are interested in the City Art projects. Vanessa [Guest]is cannot be member but will recommend new members all mediums of Art. Emmanuel not part of Quorum Motion to discuss vote Adhoc members for next meeting plus new Chair, Vice Chair and Secy. Kisha will send emails for all listed members about the CAC membership, applications and attendance CAC Memberships Henriette resigned as Chair will remain a member Linda resigned as Secy will remain as member Tony resigned as Vice Chair as per his email. Will remain a member Linda will step down if needed for another CAC member Absence must be submitted to Kisha for approval for excuse. Jose wants to have on agenda for January meeting Agenda must be review by Kisha in advanced Linda motion Bi Law sub committee.
