Home My WebLink AboutR-1995-123RESOLUTION NO. 123-95 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CITY OF DANIA HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD; AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH APPOINTEES SHALL SERVE UNTIL THEIR SUCCESSORS ARE DULY APPOINTED; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWTH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIry COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1 . THAT the following named persons are hereby appointed to the Dania Human Relations Board to serve until their successors are duly appointed: JUDY USIFER JACKIE GEROMANOS Section 2. THAT all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3. THAT this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
