BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1. That that certain Consulting Agreement between the City of Dania and New Community Strategies, lnc., regarding consultant services relating to the Pro Bass project and other matters, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A:, be and the same is hereby approved and the appropriate city officials are hereby authorized to execute same. WHERE{S, NCS is a business assisting govemments in community economic development and p,roviding general corcuiting services and WHERL\S, the City of Dania is mgaged in economic development efforB and other projects that requfue consultant and intergovemmental relations services. Now thsefore be it resolved that the parties do agree as follows: 1. NCS agrees to offer Intergovernmental relations advice arrd assistance provided by Irving Rosenbauru D.P A. for the Gty of Dania, Florida b indude the Bass Pro project and and other services as designated. 2. The Cilv of Danja will provide compensation to NCS at a rate an hourly rate of $75 for services. Paymmt to be made monthly. 3. This agreement shall be for a Erm of one (1) year from the datE of its inception, however, may be terninated prior thereto by either party by giving notice to the parqv of its intent to terminate which shall be effective no less than sixty (60) day from &e notice of termination. 3.
