BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CIry OF DANIA, FLORIDA; Section 1. That the proposal of Madsen/Barr-Allwaste, lnc., 1117 N.W. SSth Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, dated April 26, 1993, for the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required to install 8-inch, '10-inch and 12-inch U-Liners in manhole sections of the City's sanitary sewer system as listed in said proposal, a copy of which is aftached hereto as Exhibit "A", be and the same is hereby extended and an additional expenditure of an amount not to exceed $100,000 is hereby approved. The charges as set forth in said proposal are based upon a competitive bid for the Seacoast Utility Authority, Bid No. 93-71-\ A//, as approved by said authority February 24,1993. Section 2. I am very pleased with the U-Liner pipe and see no reason to change. Madsen/Barr - al lwaste , Inc. is the sole provi-der for Ehe State ofFlorida for this liner.
