A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, APPROVING
PROPOSAL OF ANTHONY ABBATE, AIA, FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR THE NYBERG-SWANSON HOUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIry COMMISSION OF THE CIry OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposal of Anthony, Abbate, AlA, for architectural services
for the Nyberg-Swanson house, a copy of which is aftached hereto as Exhibit "A", be
and the same is hereby approved and the city manager is hereby authorized to sign the
acceptance thereof.
Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this 25 day of Januarv , 1994.
