RELATING TO TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR CIry OF DANIAPARKS AND RECREATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTTVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the Standard Form of Contract between the City of Dania and Robert S. Walters, A.l.A., P.A., relating to technical services for City of Dania parks and Recreation capital improvement projects, a copy of which is aftached hereto as Exhibit "A", be and the same is hereby approved and the appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute same. Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3.
