2. Authorize the work group to retain consultants to help with the preparation of these items.

4. Update on records storage.

Notwithstanding the language in article 32 of the CBA, we
interpret the language in 32.8 to have taken effect 9/30/13 as
AFSCME bargaining unit members. The only way to effectively
i-mplement the Commission's elimination of DROP for bargainj-ng
employees durj-ng the impasse hearing and subsequently ratifi-ed
employees and Commiss j-on is to treat the clause "or upon
enactment of an appropriate ordinance" as superfluous.

Good aftemoon Dante. I am in the process of nying to locate a secure place Bt Dania City Hall to have
the records retumed to as there is no room in the vault where they were picked up. The Board is
meeting on 3/19 and we will resolve this issue then. At our last conversation you told me it would be
OK if they were moved by April l. That is our goal. Thanks again.

r just spoke to Lesley at rron Mountain. r wiLl have to be there to receive theboxes from st.el-rar Doc\rmenls and raber thern. rron Mountain can be scheduled to pickthem up, hopefurly the same day. They operate 8AM to 5 pM so it is not certain grhattime they will be there to pick-up. it is my understanding that you have discussed thi,s with Dante and they arereturn 10 boxes of records to City HafI to be picked up by Iron Mountain.I have not arranged to set a date for this as I do not have any authority todesignate space in City Hatt for the records to be dropped off and subsequentlypicke-up, Also, I do not know if the plck up can be arranged at the same time asdrop aff.
