BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, hereby
approves Change Order submitted by Recreational Design & Construction, lnc., relating
to construction of tennis court and volleyball court at Meli Park, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and authorizes the expenditure of $9,675.00 to fund said
Change Order.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this l5th day of February, 1995.
