Item l-5. of the minutes shohrs that such a resolution was adopteil. with respect to your letter of August 29, L974, wherein you indicated that you had not received miscellaneous items for 1974, you tlid not mention the above resolution of necessity. We probably used one of the standard mimeographed forms as of April L5, 1974, and f assume that r may have simply handed the form to you after it was approved. on the other hand, I do not note that we assigned any number to any resolution of necessity which we might have prepared. This is the type of form where we probably were not in the habit of retaining copies. At any rate, so that the internal records of our office may agree with your records, I have currently drafted a custom resolution to which I have assigneil the number, 57.7. Please check your record.s. If you have not already received the resolution of necessity adopted on April 75, L974, pJ-ease file the enclosed resolution in your resolution file.
