2. Special Magistrate Judith Secher called to order the January 12, 2016 Special
Magistrate meeting at 3:46 p.m. All those witnesses who would testify were
swomm.
3. Cases were called in order as listed on the attached sheet.
4. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
