Repeal of shopping cart regulations to be consistent with state law requirements.
Estimate of Direct Economic Impact on Private For-Profit Businesses
This was a duplicate ordinance, the first was found in chapter 17. This one was in chapter 22, regulating
shopping carts. Both should have been repealed in 2021 upon the preemption by state law. There is no
economic impact to the repeal.
