AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, TO AMEND
CHAPTER 2, ENTITLED “ADMINISTRATION”, OF THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES; TO CREATE ARTICLE
XII, ENTITLED “CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND CODE OF ETHICS”; TO CREATE SECTION 2-300 ENTITLED
“CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND CODE OF ETHICS ORDINANCE”; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

c. Section 553.73, Florida Statutes, relating to the Florida Building Code; or
d. Section 633.202, Florida Statutes, relating to the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
