Summary of Proposed Ordinance (including public purpose to be served)
The City regulates Water use for irrigation. The City is seeking to change the hours of irrigation to
conserve water (hotter and later in afternoon the more water evaporates), and it may impact
children walking to or from school hours being proposed to change so that children are not impacted
by sprinklers/irrigation systems during those times.
