SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Summary of Proposed Ordinance (including public purpose to be served)
The City has an agreement with a private property owner to purchase their property for $1.6 million
and to use the land for public purposes. The City Code requires adopon of an Ordinance for any
expenditure exceeding $1 million.
