Good Morning - It would be access to the Clubhouse, Pool and Dog Park and they would have to access it by walking It would be those houses within approximately 500 linear feet of the southern property boundary on both SW 27'h Terrace and 5W 28'h Ave. That is about the 10 houses to the south of the southernmost boundary area.
