It would be access to the Clubhouse, Pool and Dog Park and they would have to access it by walking
It would be those houses within approximately 500 linear feet of the southern property boundary on both SW 27'h
Terrace and 5W 28'h Ave. That is about the 10 houses to the south of the southernmost boundary area. That number
was determined because it is a reasonable walking distance.

During the catt you mentioned granting residents that are directly adlacent to Griff in Living access to
some of the Griffin Living amenities. You also mentioned allowing residents within a quarter mite of the
site atong SW 27 Ter and SW 28 Ave.
Coutd you ptease ctarify which residents intend to attow access, whether it would be based on a distance
alon92T'h 128 Ave or if it is onty select neighbors directty adjacent to the site, and which amenities?
