Project Location:
-The project is located along I -95 (SR 9) from Hollywood Blvd to
Davie Blvd, predominantly within the I -95 right of way.
-Project Length – 7.84 Miles
-Limits of interest for the City of Dania Beach include:
-Stirling Road Interchange (North Half, split with City of
Hollywood)
-Griffin Road Interchange (Entire Interchange)

Project Overview:
-Project to follow the roadway construction associated with the I -
95 Express Lanes Phase 3C Project.
-Standalone Landscape Project programmed/funded to provide
landscape restoration within the interchanges and buffering along
the I-95 corridor. Primary focus of the landscaping within the
interchanges is to restore removed and relocated landscaping.
-Landscape and irrigation (if proposed) installation within the
arterial medians and elevated landscaping with the interchanges is
dependent on execution of Maintenance Memorandum of
Agreement (MMOA) with the local agency.

Next Steps:
-As stated, the project requires maintenance commitments from
Dania Beach to move forward with installation within the arterial
medians and additional enhancements at the interchanges.
-The MMOA (Maintenance Agreement) has been developed and is
pending City/Council execution.
