Re: Request to Defer Hearing on Vacation Request - NW 12th Avenue
Dear Ms. Norena
St. Ruth Missionary Baptist Church (the "Owne/'I is the owner and titleholder of the property located at 355 NW
9th Avenue, Dania Beach, FL 33fir4 (the "owne/s Properq/). The Owne/s Property lies adiacent to and north and
east of a portion of property on NW 12th Avenue currently under consideration for a vacation request (the "Subject
Properby'').
The Owner respectfully requests that the Dania Beach Board of Commlssioners and the Planning and Zoning
Divislon defer any decisions or discussions related to the Subject Property until the Owner has had an opportunity
to communicate with the requester and assess the potential impacts of the proposed vacition on the Owne/s
Property.
To facilitate this review, the Owner requests a deferral period of at lean two {2} weeks beyond the Dania Beach City
Commission meeting scheduled for September 25,2025 to condud additional research and explore potential
resolutions.
