To maximize funding, the project was divided into 2 segments for 2 separate grants: •West – From SR5/US1 to SE 5th Ave •East – From SE 5th Ave to City Boundary PROJECT DATA •East Dania Beach Blvd •Length approx. 5359.2 ft. / 1.015Miles •Ten (10) Medians •Plantable Medians = 75% of Road length PROJECT SCOPE: •Preserve existing canopy when possible •Remove unsafe/unhealthy plant material •Provide FL-Friendly/Native Landscape •Meet Safety Criteria requirements •Design to match Grant Proposal •Irrigation system •Upgrades to existing system (west) •New Irrigation provided where no system is currently in place (east).
