The City is required by state law to keep minutes of City Commission meetings. To properly identif,
persons who address the City Commission in those minutes, the City requests that this form be completed
and provided to the City Clerk, before the meeting begins.

Comments by Dania Beach citizens or iDterested parties that are not part of the regular plinted agcnda may be made during each
Commission meeting during the period set aside for "Citizen Comments." A thity (30) minute "CitizeD Comments' period shatl
be desigmted on the agenda for citizens and hterestcd persons to speak on matters oot scheduled on thal day's agenda- Each
speaker shall be limited to 3 minutcs for his or her comments. Porsons desiring 10 $peak during th€ citizen comment period shall
inform the City Clerk immediately prior to the beginning of the meeting of their irtention to speak. If more than l0 speakers
express a desie to speak, the Commission shall determine on a meeting by meeting basis whcther to (a) extend the time allotted
for citizen conncnts to accrnunodate all speakels, or (b) whether to limit the Nmber of speakers or arnount of time per speaker.
A speaker's time shall Dot be ransferable to another speakcr.
