members. Any ful'r,:i: givr , L), the ai: i of Dania Beach will not be used for administrative costs. Everyone who is a
part of this organir.rl cn:; .,..s so o. a voluntary basis and are not compensated. I am not responsible for
fundraising and I dcr not -rk3 part ,n iaising any funds for this organization. Foundation solicitations that include
the City of Dania Beach's ic:to are ONLY USED when funds given to us by the City of Dania Beach are used to co-
sponsor the events. i an: n :harge rf drafting correspondence that seek funds and it is signed by me, but again,
I do not pass out iite.atu,e iT C I Cr not collect funds. I currently use my title "Mayor" on all of my
correspondence sri ae thE election ard I want to make sure that is legal to do so. I also want to know if there are
any restrictions as ao per5ons or entiires the Foundation can solicit who do or which do, or may do business with

Speaking EngageinenE - l'r,'e been ::volved doing speaking engagements for a few years now. It started in 2012
when I was asked t5 spe,'j( ei an A;C Athletic event in Nofth Carolina. Since then. I've spoken many places. Now
that I am Mayor, I \,!ant i; make r;,ric I can continue these speaking engagements and not have to repoft it, or I
want to make surir :'r i! : l: i iJ do r: ,'i!d receive compensation. iay speaking engagements have come from me
being a standout;,.:irretj, ili l:;)-ar e rrl having a such a great caieer doing so. I've won a few championships in
high school, I am ar ;,ali i iLr;',er al .,re University of Miami, and I've won a few championships professionally.
Many want to kno\,,J liolr , i;as able !c persevere and overcome obstacles. I'm asked to motivate teams, inspire
organizations and ycuth, speak at.i-ru.ches and throughout the country. This is because of my career BEFORE
becoming the mayo:'of ,l,enia Beac:']. Since I am now the Mayor, 1 want to make sure my traveFrelated expenses,
