. Approximately 41% of lhese homes were either physically inspected by Turnkey or had already been inspected by the homeowners
lhemselves-
. Ot the homes reviewed. no improperly vented, blocked, or covered dryer ver( terminations were identmed.
Tutnkey has confirmed that the newly installed roof venls are funclioning as intended. Fo. homes with older/o.iginal vent configurations,
homeovvners who wish to replicate the original design may hire a licensed mechanical contractor to fabricate and install a custom collar
connection, as ouuined in Turnkey's advisory notice.
Pl€ase note the following imporlant homeowner responsibilities:

The Association is not responslble for the connection o, interior dryer veni hoses or ductwork lrom your dryer to lhe
rootvent termin6tion. It your i rterior vent hos€.equi.es reconnection, sealiog. repair, or replacement, you will need to hire a qualmed
dryer vent or HVAC cont actor. lt is also strongly recommended thal homeowners have their dryer vent hoses prolessionally cledned
as p6rt ot routine mainGnance.
2. Gutters and DolYnspouts
Any guners or downspouts removed during construction that 6re owner-installed or owner'maintained musl be reinstalled by the
homeowner, where applicable..
