City Hall building is closed to the public. CONSENT AGENDA 2.1 Approval of Minutes of August 5, 2020. 2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for August 2020 Invoice # in the amount of $407, September 2020 Invoice #in the amount of $407 and October 2020 Invoice #in the amount of $407, for monthly cloud server and annual maintenance. 2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800 per month for August 2020, September 2020 and October 2020. 2.4 Approval of Invoice #455973 from GRS in the amount of $3,800 for services rendered through June 30, 2020 and Invoice #458081 in the amount of $2,076 for services rendered through September 30, 2020. 2.5 Renewal of Cyber Liability Insurance for 2020-21 in the amount of $1,631.00. 2.6 Approval of reimbursement to Administrative Manager in the amount of $132.34 for office supplies. 2.7 Approval of meeting dates for 2021. 3. NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting. 3.2 Recommendation by Gabriel, Roeder & Smith to lower the investment return assumption by 10 basis points and to also update the mortality assumption for FY 2020-2021. 4.
