The Dania Beach Housing Authority developed two properties. Site and right-of-way elevations raised after the Project's construction plans were developed. The road between the two properties is at a lower elevation. Dania Beach Housing Authority will close on property on south side of W. Dania Beach Blvd and will develop site. Prior to development, Housing Authority is required to raise road to level of existing level on either side. The City of Dania Beach decided against installing dec- orative crosswalks in two adjacent locations because they will be removed to fix the road. The road needs to be engineered for drainage.
