In March 1, 2006, Aragon transferred the Marina back to the City. The City is now responsible for the operations of the
Marina. Expenses will include payment to Aragon as indicated on the agreement, FAU share's of net revenue (the City
dervie this amount from what FAU received in April 2005), utilities, security, and temporary upgrade of staff functions as a
dock master. Revenues are derived from the current rate charged by Aragon based on the assumptions that all slips will
be filled at all time.
The repairs of the Marina is already approved at the Capital Projects Fund for funding derived from the General
Obligation Bond.
