A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH,
FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND AFFIRMING THE
APPOINTMENT OF LESTER MCKINNEY TO THE "MARINE
ADVISORY BOARD"; PROVIDING THAT SAID MEMBER
SHALL COMPLETE A TWO (2) YEAR TERM EXPIRING
12:00 NOON, MARCH 15, 2005; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 07-97 passed and adopted May 27, 1997, provides that
the term of each member on the Marine Advisory Board shall be for two years expiring in
March of each biennial general municipal election year, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. THAT the appointment to the Marine Advisory Board of the following
named person is hereby ratified and affirmed and said member shall serve until 12:00
noon, March 15, 2005.

Section 2. THAT all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this
resolution are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. THAT this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
