BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Section 18-2 of the City Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Sec. 18-2. If any section, clause, sentence or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. This ordinance shall take effect on the day after the date that the next open enrollment period for participation in the City's health insurance plan closes, as identified by the City's Administrative Services Director.
