Home My WebLink AboutR-2003-008 EA-66-02 Flossies Extended Hours RESOLUTION NO. 2003-008 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA,APPROVING THE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY KATHY BUTRIM OWNER OF FLOSSIE'S BAR & GRILL LOCATED AT 3985 RAVENSWOOD ROAD, DANIA BEACH; FOR AN EXTENDED HOURS LICENSE (SUNDAY, BETWEEN 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Chapter 4, Article 11, Section 4-18.1 provides that any place of business operating as a restaurant or restaurant bar in the City which is duly and regularly licensed by this State to prepare, sell and serve full course meals to the public, and if it is also a place of business which sells and dispenses alcoholic beverages, and is duly and regularly licensed by this State to sell and dispense alcoholic beverages, wine or beer therein, may apply for an extended hours license, and WHEREAS, the Planning &Zoning Advisory Board has recommended that the City Commission approve the application for an extended hours license at its December 18, 2002 regular meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That that certain application for an extended hours license (EA-66-02) (Sunday between 11:00 am & 1:00 pm) submitted by Kathy Butrim, owner of Flossie's Bar & Grill located at 3985 Ravenswood Road, Dania Beach, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" be and the same is hereby approved pursuant to Chapter 4, Article 11, Section 4-18.1 and the appropriate city officials are hereby directed to execute same. 1 EA-66-02 Flossie's Bar& Grill RESOLUTION NO. 2003-008 Section 2 .
