HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2001-235 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-235 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS WATER FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, 2000-2001, BY MAKING LINE ITEM CHANGES BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Water Fund budget of estimated revenues and appropriations for expenditures for the fiscal year 2000-2001 has been approved by the City Commission of the City of Dania Beach, Florida; and WHEREAS, certain changes to said fiscal year budget of appropriations for expenditures are now necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY • OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the Water Fund Budget for the fiscal year 2000-2001 is hereby amended, deleted and otherwise changed as follows: APP. BUDGET PLUS OR REVISED 2000-2001 MINUS ESTIMAT WATER PLANT 400-33-1800-53-524 111,000 (9,900) 101,100 CHEMICAL SUPPLIES TOTAL (9,900) WATER ACCT'G & BILLING 400-33-1820-53-523 3,000 9,900 12,900 COMPUTER SOFTWARE TOTAL 9,900 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-235 Section 2. That all resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3. Lewis Budget/Finance Analyst DATE: December 7, 2001 SUBJECT: Resolution for Year-End Transfers: Water Fund Issue The issue is the year-end transfer of funds within the Water Fund for FY 2001. • Explanation Due to unexpected requests for updated computer software and other computer related services, it is appropriate at this time to make a series of year-end adjustments.
