SPECIAL MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER
MOTION: by Beulah Lair to call the meeting to order.

meeting as submitted.

5.1 Accountant/Auditor
Chairman Rogers opened discussion with the Board of Trustees
regarding the forthcoming audit for the Plan and two different
engagement letters from two different accounting firms,
Steve Gordon, CPA and S. Davis &Associates, P.A. The
Administrator expressed her concern about the timeliness
of the Davis firm and said that she met with Mr. Gordon
and was impressed by him and his commitment to do
timely work. Discussion took place regarding the fee structure
for each CPA Firm. The trustees noted that the Gordon firm's
fee was less than half of the Davis proposed fee.
Steve Gordon joined the meeting by phone at 7:50 pm and
was interviewed by the Board. He advised the Board of his
experience in Florida public fund audits and assured the Board
that he could fulfill the Board's audit deadline of January 31, 2007.
MOTION by Ted Spongross to engage Steve Gordon, CPA to perform the
forthcoming audit for year ending September 30, 2006

5.2 Bonus to Administrator
Discussion was opened regarding giving the administrator a $1500.00
bonus as a holiday bonus in light of her good performance.
MOTION by Vince Marlin to give the administrator a $1500.00
bonus.
