HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2000-084 • RESOLUTION NO. 2000-084 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE OBSOLETE, SURPLUS AND OF NO INTRINSIC VALUE AND DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY TO DISPOSE OF SAME AT THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY MANAGER; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA; Section 1. That the City Commission has determined that the personal property as outlined in the schedule of equipment and attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby declared obsolete, surplus and of no intrinsic value; and Section 2: That the city manager is hereby authorized by the City Commission to dispose of said personal property that is declared surplus and of no intrinsic value in an expedient manner and method in which he determines will provide the most revenue to the City of Dania Beach. Section 3: That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption. Section 4: That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are repealed to the extent of such conflict. PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 13th day of JUNE, 2000.
