ULBRICH AND ACCEPTING $22,500.00 IN EXCHANGE FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES PERTAINING TO REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4550 RAVENSWOOD ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Dania Beach accepts that certain settlement amount of $22,500.00 and the proper City officials are authorized to execute settlement documents between the City of Dania Beach and John O. Ulbrich relating to that certain Code Enforcement (CEB98-0068) lien filed against real property at 4550 Ravenswood Road. Section 2. That the City Manager and City Attorney are authorized to make minor revisions to such Settlement Documents as are deemed necessary and proper for the best interests of the City. Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
