A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA,APPROVING
THE REQUEST BY JODY OBERTHOLTZER, REPRESENTING WHB
HOLDINGS, LLC., FOR A SECOND SITE PLAN EXTENSION (ORIGINAL
EXTENSION WAS APPROVED ON NOVEMBER 28,2006,AND EXPIRED ON
MARCH 27, 2007) RELATING TO SITE PLAN SP-41-05 ORIGINALLY
APPROVED BY RESOLUTION 2005-180 ON NOVEMBER 22, 2005, FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3013 RAVENSWOOD ROAD, DANIA BEACH;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;FURTHER,PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 8.4 of Article 1 of Chapter 8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Dania Beach, Florida, states that all site plan approvals shall automatically expire and become null
and void unless building permits are obtained on or before twelve (12) months from the date of
approvals of the plan by the City Commission; and
WHEREAS,on November 22,2005,the City Commission approved the request for site plan
SP-41-05, 'by Jody Oberholtzer, representing WHB Holdings, LLC., to allow construction of a
warehouse facility, for property located at 3013 Ravenswood Road, Dania Beach; and
WHEREAS,on November 28,2006,pursuant to Resolution No. 2006-207,an extension of
the site plan approval was granted until March 27, 2007; and
WHEREAS,Jody Obertholtzer, representing WHB Holdings,LLC, is requesting a second
extension of the expiration date for the site plan approval until May 27, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the request to extend the expiration date for the approval of the site plan
(SP-41-05) until May 27, 2007, is approved.
Section 2. That such approval is subject to the conditions previously approved by the
City Commission.
Section 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.

Dear Corinne,
Per Section 1 of the Resolution, the site plan and approval for the above
referenced is about to expire.
WHB Holdings, LLC would like to request a two (2) month extension due to
unforeseen and unexpected delays from DEPEP. As I'm sure you are aware, the
plans have been reviewed several times and changes have been made.
We are working diligently to get all necessary approvals to move forward with this
project.
