SECTION 1. A member covered by this agreement who 2 . is injured in the line of duty shall be furnished all 3. necessary medical care and treatment by the employer. If 4 . the employer fails to provide medical care and treatment S . after requested to do so by the injured employee, the in- 6. jured employee may obtain all reasonably and necessary 7. medical care and treatment at the employer' s expense.
