City Attorney Adteh repotted that the City was 6uccess6ut in winning
the Ves suit.
City Attorney Adler reported that RJ Hoagi.e6 and M. Peck have both
6Ued suit against the City.

City Attorney Adteh was commended 6oh his wohk on the Yes suit.
Commi.asioneA Cook requested that City Manager Mahant took into the

Commiss.ioneA Hirsch commended Lt. Sehpe and 066i.eeh Maxtin 6oh theiA
ach evenent6 in the statewide athteti.c competition. He requested an
item be placed on the next agenda to eon6.i.den pantiat payment by the
city o6 expenses incuhred by o66.icehs in this situation.
