1. Public Hearings:
a) A special exception is requested by John Hille for the property located at
® 1502 South Dixie Highway to allow a paint and body shop in a C-3 (commercial )
zone. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended denial of this request at
their meeting of January 15.

b) A variance is requested by the Bank of Hallandale and Trust Company for the
s ® property located at 1990 Stirling Road to allow the construction of a ground
supported sign larger than 50 square feet. The Planning and Zoning Board
deferred this item until the next regular meeting.
