Zoning Consultant: Luther Sparkman
Mayor Berti.no informed the Commission that he had tried to contact
the Principal of Dania Elementary School regarding available space
for the tutoring program for the Community Affairs Grant Program
and that he was unable to speak with the Principal at that time.
Mr. James Stephens Social Services Director, reported to the
r'onunission that he had spoken with Dania Elementary and that
he was informed that they would not be able to allow any space
for this tutoring program.
After, discussion a motion was made by Commissioner Donly, seconded
by Commissioner Hirsch to approve the lease for 6 months on
Mr. Casper's property for use of the Community Affairs Grant
Tutoring Program. The motion was carried by all.

The motion was carried unanimously,
3• After discussion a motion was made by Commissioner Hirsch, seconded
by Commissioner Donly to grant to Florida Power ✓; Light the easement
as submitted with City Attorney Adler adding all legal and additional
criteria that he deems necessary to protect the city and adjacent
